Constructed a new five-storey, 256-bed long-term care facility and Seniors Community Hub in St. Catharines, including site work, system integration, and demolition of the old building. 

Construction of a new Canadian Tire store in Leaside, featuring expanded retail floor area, integrated warehouse and service facilities, garden centre, parking infrastructure, and full electrical systems installation throughout. 

Construction of the new Pickering Heritage & Community Centre, a multi-purpose facility combining museum, archives, library and community spaces, with full scope electrical systems supplied and installed. 

Construction of The Quad Student Residence – Phase 3 at York University, adding two new 8-storey buildings with student housing, amenity spaces, and full electrical systems installation. 

Restoration and redevelopment of the historic Mulock House into a multi-use community facility with gallery, event and amenity spaces, including full modernization of building systems and electrical installations. 

Construction of 150 Eighth Street, a six-storey residential building delivering 56 accessible affordable units along with a dedicated training centre, including full electrical systems installation.
